Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes; 2. Comply with the Wagner I-V grading standard of diabetic foot; 3. Aged 45 to 80 years; 4. The person or his/her guardian agrees to participate in the randomized controlled trial and signs the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other circumstances that the researcher deems unsuitable for inclusion; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Patients with diabetic ketosis, ketoacidosis and severe infection within the past 3 months; 4. Patients with serious heart, liver, kidney and other complications, or combined with other serious primary diseases and mental illness; 5. Neurological and vascular lesions caused by other reasons; 6. Those who are allergic to the relevant drugs in the treatment plan and are not suitable for this treatment plan; 7. Those who are participating in other clinical trials.
