Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50 to 75 years; 2. Clinical diagnosis of postherpetic neuralgia patients. 3. Improve the relevant examination: blood routine, liver and kidney function, ECG, chest X-ray, according to the pain site of patients choose neck, chest, lumbar MRI, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied with organic diseases such as heart and lung; 2. Severe cognitive impairment; 3. Recent use of hormones or immunosuppressants; 4. Accompanied by malignant tumor and other immune system diseases; 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
