Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Informed and volunteered to participate in this study; 2.Commit to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process of research; 3.The diagnosis of heart failure: Diagnose heart failure according to the 2016 ESC guidelines; 4.The diagnosis of diabetes:Diabetes was diagnosed in the case and he was regularly treated with hypoglycemic drugs for at least three months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Congenital heart disease (except patent foramen ovale); Infective endocarditis; 2.Amyloidosis; Constrictive pericarditis; Restrictive or Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy; Replacement of mitral valve; 3.Organic valvular disease; Idiopathic pulmonary hypertension.
