Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with impaired glucose regulation (IGR) and newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients; 2. Health checkup; 3. Have not been diagnosed with diabetes or received hypoglycemic treatment in the previous stage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes, special type diabetes, secondary diabetes and other non-type 2 diabetes patients; Recently taken glucocorticoids, thyroid hormones and other drugs that can significantly affect blood sugar levels; 2.Used insulin within 1 week before the test , Secretagogues, GLP-1 agonists or dipeptidyl peptidase-iv(DPP4) inhibitor drugs; 3.Combined with acute complications of diabetes (such as diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperglycemia and hyperosmotic state, etc.); 4.Combined with Severe cardiovascular disease, severe liver or kidney disease, etc.; 5.Recent severe infection, stress or severe trauma; 6.Combined with Cushing's disease, polycystic ovary syndrome, acromegaly, hyperthyroidism and other endocrine and autoimmune systems Diseases; 7.Acute or chronic pancreatitis, pancreatic malignancies, PP cell tumors, digestive ulcers, gastric cancer, liver cirrhosis or depression and other diseases that can affect PP levels.
