Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30 to 75 years; 2. The patients with cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction for the first time or lacunar cerebral infarction without sequelae were confirmed by CT or MRI with unilateral lesion and stable condition; 3. According to the diagnostic criteria of stroke formulated by the Fourth National Conference on cerebrovascular diseases; 4. Patients with 2 weeks <= onset time <= 6 months, mild to moderate cognitive impairment (10 points < MOCA < 26 points) and hand dysfunction; 5. Education level: primary school or above; 6. There were no severe heart disease, liver and kidney diseases, no cognitive impairment, no history of mental illness, no history of drug abuse and alcoholism.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Parkinson's disease or other nervous system diseases; 2. The condition of cerebral apoplexy worsened and progressed.
