Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 5 months -2 years (sub-layer matching based on age and etiology); 2. Clinically diagnosed as infantile spasms by pediatric neurology experts based on diagnostic criteria; 3. Standard, sleep, long-range or video electroencephalogram neuro-electrophysiological expert interpretation, showing diffuse high-amplitude slow rhythm, extensive spinal slow activity, localized, multifocal spikes and sharp waves of high arrhythmia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are other serious diseases that are not suitable for participating in the treatment; 2. Are participating in other medical experiments; 3. Parents who refuse to participate after informed consent.
