18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gastric cancer was diagnosed by endoscopy and pathological biopsy ; 2. Preoperative clinical staging, including enhanced abdominal CT and/or ultrasound gastroscopy ; 3. Clinical staging of early or advanced gastric cancer ; 4. Physical strength score ECOG 2, tolerable to D2 lymph node dissection ; 5. Able to comply with the protocol during the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Stump gastric cancer: recurrent gastric cancer or multiple primary malignancies in the abdomen and pelvic cavity; 2. Failure to receive D2 lymph node dissection; 3. Non-gastric cancer confirmed by postoperative pathology.
