Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Asa Grade I -III; 2. Aged 2 hours; 5. General anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of thoracic surgery; 2. Abnormal chest radiograph before operation; 3. Congenital deformity of thoracic cage; 4. Admitted to ICU; 5. Scoliosis; 6. Severe heart and lung disease; 7. Emergency surgery; 8. Acute lung infection.
