Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged <= 6 years; 2.Intended to perform cardiac surgery under general anesthesia; 3.ASA (II-IV); 4.Parents voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy to the study drug; 2.Abnormal nasal structure; 3.Severe abnormal liver and kidney function; 4.Preoperative bradycardia; 5.Pre-operative use of sedative drugs.
