Interventions

Experimental group:Use PPI to prevent stress ulcer bleeding

Control group:Use H2 receptor antagonist to prevent stress ulcer bleeding

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Patients who are planning to undergo surgery; 3. Expected hospital stay >= 48h; 4. Sign the informed consent form voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients during pregnancy and lactation; 2. Severe liver insufficiency (Child-Pugh score C); 3. Other unsuitable cases after clinical evaluation (This need to be approved by at least two project team members, including at least one clinical expert, and record the reasons for exclusion).
