40 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as ischemic stroke by head CT or MRI; 2. The score of Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) was more than or equal to 8; 3. The course of disease is less than 3 months; 4. Barthel index > 30; 5. Brunnstrom stage was iv and v; 6. The muscle strength of affected limb was higher than grade III, and the muscle tension of modified Ashworth scale was lower than grade I.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental history; 2. Cognitive impairment; 3. Peripheral neuropathy; 4. Exercise related discomfort, such as angina pectoris, coronary heart disease and myasthenia gravis; 5. He was diagnosed as hemorrhagic stroke; 6. Taking antipyretic analgesics and dopamines within 2 weeks.
