Interventions

Mixed meal group:Collect blood sample for thyroid function before and 2h after a mixed meal
Glucose-load group:Collect blood sample for thyroid function before and 2h after a 75 anhydrous glucose load
Fasting group:Collect blood sample for thyroid function in a prolonged fasting state

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-80 years; 2. Outpatient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of thyroid disease; 2. Acute infectious diseases; 3. Abnormal liver function: ALT / AST > 2.5 ULN; 4. Chronic kidney disease :eGFR < 45ml/min/1.73m2; 5. Treated with glucocorticoid, contraceptive or other hormone preparation; 6. Hypothalamic or pituitary diseases; 7. Pregnant women; 8. History of mental illness.
