Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years; 2. ASA I ~ III grade; 3. Patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia undergoing TURP under spinal anesthesia; 4. Obtain the informed consent of the patient.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hearing impairment; 2. The skin and soft tissue of the puncture site are infectious diseases; 3. BMI > 30kg/m^2 ; 4. Coagulation dysfunction; 5. Severe hypertension (still above grade iii) and cardiac insufficiency (LVEF: < 0.5); 6. Severe bradycardia (pacemaker installation); 7. Complications after severe cerebrovascular disease or traumatic brain injury (such as affective disorder, poor speech, etc.); 8. The patients with history of mental illness could not cooperate with the experiment; 9. History of taking sedatives, antidepressants, alcoholism and drug abuse; 10. Patients with language difficulties and non cooperation.
