Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have a typical medical history or signs of a certain birth defect; 2. There are clear laboratory test results; 3. Diagnosed and approved by specialists at or above the county level; 4. Those who have been diagnosed by specialists at or above the county level in the past and have certificates; 5. Suspected or undiagnosed cases must be reviewed and confirmed by members of the provincial expert group.
