18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with lung cancer staged as i; 2.Patients who intend to receive standard single segment resection or single lobectomy; 3.ECOG score = 60%; (2)The patient has walked >=25 journeys (>=400m) after the round-trip walking test; or the climbing height >=22m after the climbing test; (3)Cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET) PPO-VO2max is greater than 10ml/kg/min or greater than 35% predicted value. 6.Agree to join this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have other lung diseases. Including: diffuse bullae, emphysema, asthma patients, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, interstitial lung disease, atelectasis, damaged lung, and tuberculosis patients; 2. Abnormal heart function (LVEF<50%); 3. Diagnosed pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary embolism; 4. Two or more lobectomy was performed at the same time; 5. Simultaneous lobectomy combined with partial resection or combined segment resection; 6. Patients who have had received thoracic surgery before; 7. The investigator concerns that it is not suitable for inclusion.
