18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Acute ischemic stroke or transient ischemic attack (hospitalized within 3 days of onset); 2.Adults over 18 years of age (Chinese citizens) ; 3.Patients with carotid bifurcation or internal carotid artery plaque formation, no stenosis or stenosis rate < 70% ; 4.Plaque thickness greater than or equal to 2mm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with any of the following conditions should be excluded from the study; 2.Stenosis rate >= 70% ; 3.Plaque calcification (>= 70%) ; 4.Cardiac insufficiency, renal insufficiency; 5.Carotid artery stent; 6.Arteritis and other carotid artery dissection; 7.Atrial fibrillation, patent foramen ovale, left atrial appendage thrombus.
