20 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 20 to 75 years; 2.American Sociological Association (ASA) class i-iii; 3.Weight > 40kg; 4.Scheduled for elective great saphenous vein stripping under subarachnoid anesthesia; 5.Informed consent form signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergic to any drugs under study; 2.With Chronic pain or pruritus related diseases; 3.Undergoing re-operation; 4.Used other analgesics 24 hours before the operation; 5.Have or are suspected of drug abuse; 6.With abnormal coagulation function; 7.Not able to communicate due to alterations in the level of consciousness, or neurologic, or psychiatric disease; 8.With contraindications of spinal anesthesia; 9.With bronchial asthma; 10.With history of severe organ diseases, such as heart, liverkidney; 11.Participating in other clinical trials or refuse to participate in the trial.
