Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary and secondary heart valve diseases; 2. Patients with heart valve repair, replacement, interventional surgery; 3. Aged > 18 years; 4. NYHA class II-IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with myocardial infarction 1 month ago; 2. Patients with cardiomyopathy; 3. Life expectancy < 12 months; 4. A history of acute peptic ulcer or upper gastrointestinal bleeding within 3 months; 5. Hematological diseases; 6. Patients with poor compliance; 7. The image quality is poor.
