Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Equivalent sphericity (SER)=26.5mm, with astigmatism <=2.50D in either eye; 2.Patients aged 10 to 60 years; 3.Patients live in Wenzhou.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary myopia, such as ROP, Stickler or Marfan syndrome; 2. Having undergone corneal or intraocular refractive surgery, etc., which affect the judgment of refractive status; 3. Those who wear contact lenses for a long time affect the judgment of corneal curvature or refractive state: those who wear orthokeratology should stop wearing them for at least 1 month, and RGP should stop wearing them for 2 weeks; 4. Autoimmune diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis; 5. Serious health problems, such as heart disease, kidney disease, tumors, etc.; 6. Obvious turbidity of refractive medium affects fundus examination; 7. Unable to give informed consent.
