Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults over 18; 2.Acute ischemic stroke or transient ischemic attack (onset = 2mm; 5.Cerebral infarction ipsilateral carotid bifurcation or internal carotid stenosis rate < 70%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cardiogenic embolism; 2.Posterior circulation cerebral infarction; 3.Aortic arteritis and other carotid artery diseases such as carotid artery dissection; 4.Carotid artery stent or CEA surgery; 5.Plaque is completely calcified; 6.Neither CT nor MRI of the brain can be completed; 7.Expected life <= 2 years; 8.Unable to complete follow-up; 9.Other reasons that the researcher thinks are not suitable.
