18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. Had knee pain on most days of last month; 3. Unilateral knee joint symptoms; 4. Weight-bearing x-ray film or MRI can show articular cartilage damage; 5. Provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The Kellgren-Lawrence classification is level 4 (indicating a serious condition); 2. Intra-articular injection of glucocorticoid in the last 3 months or injection of hyaluronic acid in the last 6 months; 3. The knee joint is unstable; 4. Bilateral knee joint disease; 5. Body mass index (BMI)>40 kg/m2; 6. Systemic diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, blood disease (coagulopathy), osteoporosis, immune deficiency or infection; 7. During pregnancy; 8. Use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the past week.
