18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 65 years; 2.Primary bariatric surgery; 3.Patients with sleeve gastrectomy; 4.BMI between 32.5-50kg/m^2; 5.Preoperative gastroesophageal reflux symptoms were present.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous surgeries on esophagus and stomach; 2.Suffer from esophageal dynamic disorders, such as achalasia of the cardia, etc.; 3.Patients with gastric ulcers or other conditions in which sleeve gastrectomy is not feasible; 4.Hiatal hernia with a diameter greater than 4cm.
