Age
40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hospital opportunistic screening population aged 40 to 75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients have symptoms of dysphagia, hematemesis and melena; 2.Patients have received gastroscopy in the past year; 3.Patients have clear esophageal intraepithelial neoplasia (dysplasia) in the past; 4.Patients with esophagus-gastric varices and esophageal stenosis; 5.Patients have a history of esophageal or gastric surgery; 6.Patients have blood coagulation dysfunction or need to continue taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs; 7.There are contraindications to gastroscopy and mucosal biopsy; 8.The life expectancy of suffering from other serious diseases is less than 5 years; 9.Refused to cooperate with the research plan and sign the informed consent form.
