Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients over 18 years old and met any two or more of the following three conditions: (1)Fall >=1 time whin a year; (2)Berg Balance Scale <= 40 points; (3)Check of balance functional instrument indicates abnormal stability limit test. 2.Control subjects over 18 years old with normal balance function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients cannot cooperate with the instruction due to blindness, hearing loss, cognitive impairment, etc.; 2.Patients suffered from fracture and other trauma or operation affecting the function of motor system whin a year; 3.Patients cannot cooperate with the 1-year follow-up.
