Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Informed and voluntarily participating in this study, aged >=18 years old; 2.Commit to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process of research; 3.Diagnosed as PFO by TTE/TEE; 4.Generally good health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with mild or above tricuspid regurgitation (not including mild); 2.Pregnant and lactating women; 3.Patients with hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, and hypertension; 4.There is atrial septal defect; 5.There is pulmonary arteriovenous shunt; 6.Atrial fibrillation; 7.Known systemic and pulmonary embolism; 8.Known cardiomyopathy, myocardial infarction, heart valve stenosis and other organic heart diseases.
