Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Elderly non-cranial persons over 65 years old; 2.Non-cardiac surgery; 3.ASA I-II grade patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have been diagnosed with AD; 2.The preoperative cognitive scale cannot cooperate and diagnose abnormal patients; 3.Patients taking psychotropic drugs for a long time; 4.Patients who refuse to participate in the study.
