Experimental group1:During anesthesia induction, 0.5mg/kg esticketamine was injected intravenously, followed by continuous pumping at a rate of 0.12mg/kg*h until the end of surgery
Control group:Isometric saline treatment
Experimental group2:During induction of anesthesia, 0.5mg/kg esticketamine was injected intravenously, followed by continuous pumping at 0.25 mg/kg*h until the end of surgery
Experimental group3:During induction of anesthesia, 0.5mg/kg esketamine was injected intravenously, followed by continuous pumping until the end of surgery at a rate of 0.6 mg/kg*h

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Tumor patients who need combined operation of multiple organs; 2.Cardiopulmonary function is good, and can tolerate surgery and anesthesia; 3.There were no other contraindications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Receive opioid analgesia before surgery; 2.Drug and alcohol abusers; 3.Preoperative cognitive dysfunction; 4.Have a history of severe cerebrovascular disease; 5.People with mental illness; 6.Patients refuse to sign informed consent and do not cooperate with the operation.
