30 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Bilateral antral follicle count 10mIU/ml; 2.Infertile women aged 30 to 35 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of ovarian or pelvic surgery, chemotherapy or radiation therapy; 2.Complicated with hepatitis and other viral infections, tumors, autoimmune diseases, endocrine diseases, metabolic diseases and acute inflammation; 3.Patients with definite diagnosis of genetic disease or family history of genetic disease; 4.Complicated with pregnancy, hyperprolactinemia, polycystic ovary, endometriosis; Having positive signs in gynecological examination; 5.Patients with history of taking folic acid or hormone drugs in recent 3 months or amenorrhea caused by drug use.
