Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Skull magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan, CT, cardiac color ultrasound, ELECTROcardiogram, Holter, BNP and other examinations were performed, which met the requirements for clinical diagnosis of ischemic stroke combined with atrial fibrillation in the 2019 edition of Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cardiogenic Stroke in China (2019); 2.Acute decompensated heart failure with NT-proBNP >= 400 pg/ mL and dyspnea.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Aged < 18 years; 2.End-stage renal disease or long-term maintenance dialysis; 3.Length of stay < 2 days; 4.Patients who are allergic to any of the components of the lyophilized recombinant human natriuretic peptide; 5.The medical history is incomplete; 6.Blood pressure systolic pressure below 90mmHg (1mmHg= 0.133kPa).
