Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. Patients after elective surgery; 3. Patients with delirium determined by the CAM scale Nu.DESC scale; 4. Non-delirium patients identified by the CAM scale Nu.DESC scale; 5. Sign the informed consent form voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious adverse cardiovascular events occurred during the operation; 2. Transfer to ICU immediately after surgery; 3. Communication barriers, unable to cooperate with researchers, such as language comprehension barriers, mental illness, etc.; 4. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 5. Refuse to participate in the trial; 6. Withdraw from the test halfway;
