Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Surgical resection is the primary treatment after diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma, and SR or RFA treatment is given after recurrence; 2. Age older than 18 years; 3. The number of patients with tumors <= 3, and the longest tumor diameter <= 5cm; 4. No evidence of vascular or bile duct invasion; 5. Child-Pugh class A or B; 6. Recurrence occurring within two years after surgical resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Plate counts < 50000/L; 2. Presence of extrahepatic metastasis; 3. Serious cardiopulmonary insufficiency.
