Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The expectant parturient in the obstetric ward of Shanghai First Maternity and Infant Hospital who planned to undergo vaginal delivery; 2. Understand the method and purpose of this study, can fill in the questionnaire independently, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and parturient women with mental, conscious, cognitive disorders and/or other serious physical diseases; 2. Prophase perineal laceration has not been repaired parturient; 3. Parturient women undergoing cesarean section or transferring from vaginal delivery to cesarean section; 4. Pregnant women who do not cooperate or voluntarily request withdrawal; 5. Parturient women with incomplete childbirth information.
