Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The gestational age of the pregnant woman at the first postpartum examination was less than 12 weeks; 2. Screening for thyroid diseases (serum TSH, FT, TPO-Ab) was performed in our hospital. The TSH reference value was 2.5-10mIU/L, the normal reference value range of FT4 in early pregnancy was (0.88-1.64ng/dL), and the TPO-Ab was lower than the upper limit of the kit (60U/ml) and negative. 3. No previous history of thyroid, diabetes, hypertension or family history, no history of other serious diseases or other autoimmune diseases; 4. No history of drugs affecting thyroid function; 5. No life history of endemic goiter disease area; 6. No thyroid disease was found on palpation and B ultrasound.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous thyroid diseases and rheumatic immune diseases; 2. Renal insufficiency, glucocorticoid deficiency and other factors; 3. gemellary pregnancy.
