Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet to the typical clinical manifestations of herpes zoster; 2. Within 14 days of onset; 3. The site of the disease was located in the innervation area of unilateral cervical 3-cervical 7.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients had received hormone therapy, nerve block or minimally invasive surgery before the study; 2. Patients have no ability to act autonomously; 3. Patients with history of cervical spine surgery or obvious cervical deformity.
