Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Part A (1) Age>18 years old. (2) Patients with ischemic stroke within 24 hours of onset. (3) Complete head CTA or MRA or DSA examination within 24 hours. (4) With detailed NIHSS score. 2. Part B (1) Meet the selection criteria in Part A. (2) CTA or MRA or DSA is confirmed as anterior circulation large artery occlusion. (3) Systolic blood pressure >=150mmHg at admission. (4) The patient or his family members signed an informed consent form. Anterior circulation LAO includes: anterior circulation large artery occlusion including: internal carotid artery intracranial or extracranial segment, middle cerebral artery (M1, M2 segment), anterior cerebral artery (A1 segment) occlusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Part A (1) Patients with cerebral hemorrhage or subarachnoid?hemorrhage. (2) Patients who are unsuitable or difficult to complete cranial CTA or MRA or DSA (such as pregnant women, contrast agent allergy, severe renal insufficiency, unstable vital signs, etc.). (3) Patients with previous anterior circulation arterial occlusion or severe stenosis. 2. Part B (1) Meet the exclusion criteria of Part A. (2) Patients with acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina, aortic dissection or severe cardiopulmonary failure. (3) Patients with intracranial aneurysms, arteriovenous fistulas and other cerebrovascular structural malformations. (4) There are contraindications for antihypertensive therapy (such as severe stenosis of multiple intracranial arteries, renal failure, etc.). (5) Patients with other serious systemic diseases. (6) Patients with endovascular therapy within 24 hours of onset. (7) Other situations that are not suitable for entry into the group.
