Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients meet the RA diagnostic criteria established by the American Academy of Rheumatology and the European Alliance against Rheumatism in 2010; 2. Aged 20-65 years; 3. Complete medical records; 4. A clear consciousness and able to cooperate with the research; 5. The patient has a clear understanding of the investigation process, methods and principles and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with mental illness; 2. Combined with immune system diseases; 3. Combined with other joint diseases; 4. Combined with other organic diseases such as coronary heart disease, renal failure, etc.; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Recent acute trauma; 7. Those who have recently taken hormone drugs.
