Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. >= 2 anterior shoulder dislocations before treatment (recurrent anterior shoulder dislocations); 2. There is a defect of the shoulder joint glenoid or high sports requirements; 3. Torn joint capsule; 4. The implanted coracoid process (Cuistow surgery) is planned.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent coracoid process displacement surgery in the past; 2. Combined rotator cuff injury; 3. Remplissage surgery needs to be combined.
