Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years; 2. Select the Rome III diagnostic criteria for functional constipation as the screening population for functional constipation. Volunteers must show symptoms 6 months before diagnosis and meet the diagnostic criteria in the last 3 months. In addition to the number of bowel movements less than 3 times a week, one or more of the following symptoms must also be included: (1) At least 25% of bowel movements feel laborious; (2) At least 25% of bowel movements are lumpy or hard; (3) At least 25% of defecation have incomplete defecation; (4) At least 25% of bowel movements have a sense of obstruction of the rectum; (5) At least 25% of bowel movements require manual assistance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intestinal stress syndrome accompanied by constipation; 2. Sparse stool or watery stool; 3. Surgery within 30 days caused constipation symptoms; 4. Those who have recent difficulty in defecation caused by severe organic diseases (colon cancer, severe enteritis, intestinal obstruction, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.); 5. Those who have had acute gastrointestinal diseases within 30 days; 6. Women during pregnancy and menstruation; 7. Patients with constipation combined with serious systemic diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 8. Those who have other concomitant diseases being treated; 9. Take items related to the tested function in a short period of time.
