Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of HBV-ACLF: history of chronic HBV infection, total bilirubin >= 12mg/dL (205umol/L), prothrombin time international normalized value (PT-INR) >= 1.5; 2. It is proposed to perform RCA method PA+PE model artificial liver treatment, in which PA is composed of dual plasma molecular adsorption system (DPMAS); 3. Aged >= 18 years, regardless of gender; 4. Agree to participate in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has the following conditions: a history of malignant tumor or suspected malignant tumor, plans to receive a non-liver organ transplant or has undergone any organ transplant. 2. RCA use contraindications: shock, or uncorrected hypoxemia.
