Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >18 years; 2. MRCP found common bile duct stones, and ERCP stone removal is feasible (the number of stones should be marked with >5 or < 5); 3. During the ERCP operation, the surgeon judges that the stones can be removed by a single ERCP; 4. It can also be included after cholecystectomy or liver lobectomy after previous gallbladder surgery or planned short-term cholecystectomy; 5. Subjects voluntarily participate in this trial and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coagulation dysfunction (INR>1.3) and peripheral platelet counts are significantly reduced < 50x10^9/L; 2. Acute pancreatitis before surgery; 3. Combined with biliary hemorrhage before operation; 4. Combined with severe liver disease, primary sclerosing cholangitis; 5. Combined with Mirizzi syndrome, intrahepatic bile duct stones; 6. Combined with malignant tumors of the hepatobiliary and pancreatic system; 7. With obvious stenosis of the lower part of the bile duct; 8. Bile duct duodenal fistula was found during the operation; 9. A history of gastrointestinal reconstruction surgery; 10. Other ERCP contraindications.
