Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for episodic migraine (migraine with or without aura) (ie ICHD-3); 2. The age of the first migraine attack is = 1 year; 4. Aged 18-65 years; 5. Subjects voluntarily signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other types of headaches, including secondary headaches; 2. Patients with thrombocytopenia, glaucoma, peripheral vascular disease or Raynaud's syndrome; 3. Those who participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before participating in this trial, including participating in drug therapy and alternative therapies (such as acupuncture, massage, transcutaneous electrical stimulation, etc.); 4. Facial surgery on the sphenopalatine ganglion area due to plastic surgery, correction, treatment or trauma; 5. Patients with liver and kidney damage: ALT and AST exceed 1.5 times the upper limit of normal, Cr exceeds the upper limit of normal, and TBIL exceeds 2 times of the upper limit of normal; 6. Patients with other serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hematopoietic diseases, and patients with malignant tumors; 7. Patients who have recently undergone major surgery or trauma, etc. who are not suitable to participate in this study; 8. Patients with schizophrenia, patients with major depression (HAMD scale> 24 points), alcohol dependence, and drug abuse history; 9. Patients with irritable bowel syndrome and inflammatory bowel disease; 10. Women during pregnancy and lactation; 11. Patients with allergies or previous allergies to multiple drugs, allergies to gluten, peanuts and seafood; 12. Patients deemed unsuitable to participate in this study by other researchers.
