Control group:Esmoprazole 20mg bid + colloidal bismuth tartrate 220mg bid + amoxicillin 1g bid + clarithromycin 0.5g bid

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years, no gender limit; 2. Clinical diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori infection (breath test and/or stool Hp test and/or pathology confirmed HP positive); 3. Sign the informed consent form voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have used antibiotics, PPI, bismuth or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, etc. within one month; 2. During pregnancy or lactation; 3. Allergic to the drugs used in the research; 4. Take hydroclopidogrel and other drugs that are contraindicated with the test drug; 5. Combined with serious underlying diseases or other diseases that may lead to ineffective treatment; 6. With history of gastrointestinal surgery, or recent history of other types of surgery; 7. Have a family history of genetic disease, mental illness, etc.; 8. Subjects are participating in other research topics; 9. Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for continuing clinical trials.
