Experimental group:early oral feeding after laparoscopic gynecological surgery

Control group:water can only be taken in 6 hours after surgery

20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-III gynecological laparoscopic surgery; 2. The scope of operation does not involve the digestive tract; 3. Aged 20-65 years; 4. Willing to accept the study and sign the research volunteer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous gastroesophageal reflux syndrome, history of esophagus and gastrointestinal surgery, and history of intestinal obstruction; 2. Patients with preoperative satiety; 3. Pregnant; 4. Vomiting or taking antiemetic drugs occurred 24 hours before surgery.
