Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-80 years at the time of selection; 2. NYHA is graded II to IV for 3 months; 3. Ejection fraction >= 40%; 4. NT-proBNP > 125 pg/ml; 5. There is related structural heart disease (left ventricular hypertrophy or left atrium enlargement) or diastolic insufficiency, and the health status allows outpatient follow-up; 6. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients of childbearing age who have not taken reliable contraceptive measures; 2. Patients with myocardial infarction or unstable angina in the past 28 days; 3. Sinus bradycardia, heart rate at rest is less than 55 beats/min; 4. Heart failure secondary to the following diseases: (1) Obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (non-obstructive, including apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy can be selected); (2) Restrictive cardiomyopathy; (3) Congenital heart disease; (4) Primary valvular heart disease that is clinically significant and cannot be corrected; (5) Insufficiency of artificial heart valve; (6) Pericardial diseases; (7) Systemic diseases (such as thyroid disease or amyloidosis); 5. The following traumatic treatment measures: (1) CABG or PCI has been implemented or planned within the past 3 months; (2) ICD implantation has been performed or planned; (3) Heart transplantation has been performed or planned; 6. Second or third degree atrioventricular block or sick sinus syndrome (unless the patient has an inherent rhythm and a pacemaker implanted); 7. After proper treatment, decompensated heart failure is still unstable, or hypotension occurs (blood pressure <90/60mmHg, accompanied by dizziness, clammy limbs, sweating and other symptoms); 8. Any other serious diseases or conditions such as: (1) HIV infection; (2) Malignant tumors; (3) Obvious primary diseases of liver and kidney; (4) Alcoholism or drug abuse; (5) Poor compliance; (6) Participated in another clinical study before enrollment or within 30 days before the last randomization of this study.
