Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Right heart insufficiency: there are clear symptoms and signs of right heart failure (systemic circulation congestion) or abnormal structure and/or function of the right heart, or an objective basis for increased intracardiac pressure. 2. Elective open heart surgery. 3. Adult patients aged >=18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. The patient refused to participate in the clinical trial.
