Group 1:Low pneumoperitoneum pressure + deep neuromuscular block
Group 2:Normal pneumoperitoneum pressure + deep neuromuscular block
Group 3:Normal pneumoperitoneum pressure + moderate neuromuscular block

65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients (65 years old and above), planning to undergo robot-assisted radical resection of prostate cancer (bladder cancer); 2. Renal function is basically normal before operation (creatinine clearance rate>60ml/min); 3. Patients with ASA classification I-III; 4. BMI < 30kg/m^2; 5. Sign the informed consent form voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Myasthenia gravis; 2. Patients using hormones within the past 3 months; 3. The researcher believes that it is not suitable to participate in this research; 4. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials.
