60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60-75 years, body mass index (BMI) 18-25 kg/m^2; 2. American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I-II; 3. Able to complete various cognitive function tests before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined preoperative neuropsychiatric diseases including preoperative schizophrenia, epilepsy, history of Parkinson's disease or myasthenia gravis and other neurosurgical diseases; 2. Communication barriers before surgery due to coma, language barriers, serious illnesses, etc.; 3. Severe disease, severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh grade C), or severe renal dysfunction (preoperative dialysis); 4. Alcoholism and drug abuse; 5. Preoperative MMSE score < 24 points; 6. Diabetes.
