Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the standards of the Cochlear Implant Work Guidelines (2013), patients who are clinically diagnosed as having extremely severe CSNHL on both sides; 2. The age of the patient is between 12 months and 18 years old; 3. The development of the outer ear and middle ear is completely normal; 4. The morphology of head MRI and inner ear water imaging is normal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With a history of mental illness; 2. With a history of ear surgery or ototoxic drug treatment in the past.
