30 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30-60 years; 2. Confirm the diagnosis as a patient with non-specific low back pain; 3. Have not received lumbar surgery in the past; 4. There is no resistance to traditional Chinese medicine bone setting techniques; 5. Volunteer to participate in the trial and sign the relevant informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from intervertebral canal stenosis and lumbar disc herniation; 2. Those who require temporary withdrawal during the course of treatment; 3. Patients with mental disorders.
