18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Patients undergoing elective cardiopulmonary bypass for valve replacement, atrial or ventricular septal defect heart surgery; 3. The platelet count is within the normal range; 4. The blood coagulation function is normal before operation; 5. No history of liver or kidney pulmonary dysfunction, thrombosis, and family history of hematology; 6. All patients signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal liver and kidney function before surgery; 2. A history of long-term malnutrition and malignant tumors; 3. A recent history of surgery; 4. Use heparin and take aspirin, clopidogrel, warfarin, ticlopidine and other anticoagulants one week before surgery; 5. History of long-term use of hormones; 6. Patients with secondary heart surgery and emergency surgery; 7. Patients with family history of genetic diseases, family history of blood-borne infectious diseases, and family history of blood diseases; 8. Patients with mental disorders who cannot cooperate with the completion.
